This agreement
From the moment you open an ICX Prime account until that account is closed, these terms apply. By using the account, you accept them.
You must be eighteen or older, live in a country we serve, and act on your own behalf, not for anyone we have not verified.
Your account
Each person may hold one account. It must be in the same name as the identity documents it was verified with, and nobody else may operate it.
Keeping your login credentials and second factor safe is your responsibility. If you suspect either has been compromised, contact support straight away.
We may suspend an account if we are obliged to, if verification cannot be finished, or if the activity on it indicates that someone other than its owner is operating it.
Trading
An order fills at the price available when it reaches the market. When the market moves quickly, that price can differ from the one displayed when you placed the order.
Futures positions can be opened with leverage of up to x200. Leverage magnifies gains and losses alike. If the margin behind a position runs out, the position may be closed automatically, and you can lose all the margin you committed to it.
Under cross margin, a single pool backs all open positions, so a loss on any one of them uses margin the others depend on.
Stop loss and take profit orders lower risk without removing it. If the price gaps, a stop may be filled at a worse level than the one you set.
Deposits and withdrawals
A deposit is credited once it settles. For crypto, that is when the network confirms it; for other methods, it depends on the payment rail.
Withdrawals are paid only to a destination that is yours and that you confirmed beforehand. Funds are never sent to third parties.
We may hold back a withdrawal until checks we are obliged to carry out are complete. If we do, we will let you know what is still outstanding.
Investment and staking plans
Every plan opens at a published rate for a published term. You see both before committing, and both stay fixed for as long as that plan runs.
For the term of a plan, its balance is locked: you cannot trade it or withdraw it until the plan closes on its end date.
We may revise the rate for future plans whenever we choose; plans already under way are never affected.
Fees
You see what each trade costs on its ticket before submitting it, and we charge that cost in the quote currency of the position.
Positions kept open overnight incur funding costs, charged daily and shown against the position.
Any rise in a published fee is announced by email no less than thirty days in advance.
Risk
Trading financial instruments is high-risk and does not suit everyone. The money you deposit can be lost.
No content on this website or within the platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation. Where figures show how a feature works, they are examples, not forecasts.
How an instrument performed in the past is no reliable guide to how it will perform in future.
Liability
If we do not exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering the service, we answer for whatever losses that shortfall causes.
We bear no liability for losses that result from your trading decisions, from market movements, or from an interruption beyond our control, for example a network or exchange outage.
These terms do not restrict any liability that the law does not allow to be restricted.
Termination
You may close your account whenever you wish, provided all positions are closed and every open plan has reached the end of its term. Withdraw your balance first, then ask support to close the account.
We may also end it: straight away where the law requires us to or the account has been used for fraud, and otherwise on thirty days’ notice.
Closing the account leaves untouched any obligations either side has already incurred and any records we must keep.
Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus governs these terms, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over disputes. You keep any protections that the law of your country of residence gives you.
